2023 Public Comment Period for the 12-Year Program Update

12-Year Program State Transportation Commission

The State Transportation Commission (STC) and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation are excited to announce the 2023 Public Comment Period for the update of the 12-Year Program. The Public Comment Period begins Wednesday, March 1, and ends Sunday, April 30, 2023.

    The STC recently released the 2023 Transportation Performance Report (TPR). The TPR shares how Pennsylvania's transportation system performed over the last two years. It also provides detailed, independent ratings of the state’s efforts in improving safety, mobility, system preservation, accountability, funding, and freight movement.

    Join us for the Online Public Forum on April 12, 2023, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Deputy Secretary of Planning Larry S. Shifflet, our keynote speaker, will also join our panel for the live Q&A session. Our panel includes State Transportation Commissioners Ronald Drnevich and Karen Michael.
