The State Transportation Commission (STC), Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and Pennsylvania’s Metropolitan and Rural Planning Organizations (MPOs and RPOs) invite you to review the draft 2025 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and submit comments below.
